honestly said, i think that prices in Mecinda is a tad on the high side.

eeeekks...!! your mom read this? How did she know u are surfing this forum? wah! not bad.. internet savvy. At least she knows u are going riding on a manageable bike that is a good size for u for now. Plus u're getting riding gear and the bike has enough side stuff minimize impact. I always prefer to keep the side panniers on all the time.
Which reminds me.. i need to put in engine guards on the Rebel. I hate having to ride anything with no side protection. I still like my ankles leh.

To me, i found that Mercinda gave me rather ok prices. The Alpinestar bionic kneeguards i bought are about the same price as here in USA, if not a bit cheaper. I bought my Gaerne boots from them too. Cheaper than here. And also my Thor waist pouch. Patrick's pants were repaired there too. Just bargain away. Smile

They liked my pink Icon jacket and coz it isnt available in KL, wondered if i was going to sell it. hehehe
Don't forget to get used to all your riding gear as much as possible b4 u get on the bike. It sure as hell feels different when u hv all that stuff on for the 1st time, esp the boots.

Well, there's 3 spelling of mERcinda now... That's interesting...

I used my mum's laptop to surf the other day, and she was just checking her history.

I've not gotten my pay yet, and going to scream at my client later today. Argh, can't help but to feel extremely naked when I'm riding. It felt good though when I tried leaning yesterday, with my original titanium knee slider. Biological some more. Nice eh?
Should be buying my riding gears by the end of this week, or early next week.

So, when are you coming back? Khai told me some scary stuff yesterday, something about your driving and riding.

Hehehehe... Sorry Khai... Can't help it...

Zin.. don't listen to Khai. He is full of exaggeration only. It's only when i am going extra careful then i get into problems. Anyway..Mecinda no R... was my mistake.

Oh Zin! u might want to wait for the new ZZR250. It's rather garang looking compared to all the old designs. Everyone is waiting for the price on that. Over here slightly more than US$5k OTR.

I wish i knew when i was going back. Can't wait to get back to work again and see u guys. Everything is just moving f'ing slow.

I don't know about Khai, he seemed pretty convincing to me. The new ZZR? I'm already eyeing for the Blade 250 black-fairing one. But hopefully I'll be getting it somewhere in July, or maybe even later. But if the ZZR has been launched by then, I'd consider then.

See la, whichever come first. Or whether the price is just right...

Whatever it is, I've to buy my riding gears first.

Aiyoo Zin.. how can u belive that lil devil Khai?? Of course he is convincing, otherwise he wont be called in for 'talent' jobs until now. Aiya... that deceiving lil Twisted Evil

Oh yea.. the new 250 is already out but not yet released in Msia. The guys in SBM are also waiting for it. Welly will have them no doubt but even they aren't telling how much it will cost. They expected it to be out this april already but still nothing. Yeah, get your riding gear 1st Smile

1st of all i'd like to thank you all to start off again The SpitFirebikers which to me, without the existence of this earlier site, i wouldn't have met you all and join the great rides.
It was amazing and it'll always be an honour to know you all.

HI Gurumachaz... Sure is good to see you around once again. This is a good way to still keep in touch with all those who are far away and not always around to talk about possible trips.
It's also great to see all your pics here, like BroBBandit too.
Guru and BBandit should meet up someday since both of you are in S'pore. Then maybe both can ride up to KL together some day.

I still can't get over how tiny 'Baby Fishie' looks. hehehehe...
