| BB, depending on which bike i pakai lah...fishtail is fun PLUS a steady jet of water sprout, hitting u at the back...and depending on the speed...the recalcitrant sprout may even overtake u !!!!! is not fun
hahahahaha...I usually use - HD raincoat & pants (big & bulky)- water seeps in thru zip - GIVI top raincoat (big & buky)- water doesnt sip in therefore hot like watery fire! - Made in Cina - elcheapo - small plastic...small & foldable...tears easily...so wear & throw..afetr covering bike at elcheapo hotel. - Yellow colored heavy duty raincoat ala northseas fisherman!...dunno made where...Big & bulky & heavy...so now kiddo use it when going to school in rain.
- Ah...all the aboev also got reflective stripe lah...
AND, with the tropical rain storm that we have, all the mat-salleh & china punya manufacturers cannot do a 100% 'pail of water on yu' rain coat lah...they do the type for mat-salleh-pussy-footing-all-day-long-never-stopped-light-showers-raincoat lah! So, we gonna get wet anyway! Beter dont wera lah... Also ah, BB, yr waterproofing coat/wax will only last max 2/3 years...then its water-masuk raincaot lah... Oh, did i tell u guys that last sunday just outside iPoh, the NShiway was flooded and 2 outta 3 lanes were closed...i slowly rolled along on the outside lane, inches from the armco barrier and then enxt thing...Pundek! lorry zoomed at the flooded lane and splashed a WALL of water on me! I was like blinded and Dear Guardian Angel didnt blink and took care of me....
That was close....Oh, I was already so wet, cos didnt stop to wear raincoat...but that wall of water would have got me soaked to the toes anyway!
idoit lorry driver!

| *Snickers* Forgive me Hmx... but cannot stiffle that giggle. Seen this cartoonish episode of kena splashed too many times that even when I kena myself, I cannot stop giggling.. Just saw one two days ago. One kupcai kena splashed by one Lexus.... Automatically, middle finger came out from the drenched bugger... Evil daaaa... BTW, my jackets don't last more than 3 years.... GANAS!!! So, by the time the waterproofing has diminished, time to get a new one. |

Aiyoh! it wasn't an ordinary splash lah...It was a WALL of water like when we kena when we driving a car leh...the total windscreen was longer-than-momentarily covered by water and what do we do? hold the steering tighter and tap the brake? Pray and just drive as normal?
And, to have a Wall of water shrouding me while on a flooded hiway is SCARY!!!!

| Hi Guys, SFB, So, after going thru all the ding dongs. I am sure we bikers do need a a safety reflective rain coat. So, how many of you need the reflective rain coat? The cost maybe more then RM100+ for Rain coat and Pants. The more memebers order may bring down the cost.As for the logo of our club yet to work out or we just get with/without the logo and put whatever logo of your own. Not out to make any money just an ideal to help riders be safe and been seen on the road during the rain. Think Safe and Ride Safe.List starts here:- 1. dragonfly |

| mine Fieldsheer got a rip on the wax strip at the seams in between my legs so whenever it rains, i'd still wet my pants (rhetorically speaking). come to think bout it, can i buy the pants only? LOL

Keith... I've been hit by one of those before. Feels like being hit with a 6 foot wave. Perhaps we should ride with your scuba gear??? |
