Hi Zin.. and everyone who is free on Saturday evening...
AhTee's bday makan will start at 5pm. The caterer will be delivering the food at that time. I've added hot tea and a couple types of kuih to the menu, but no canned or packet drinks organized yet coz Khai has started on a job and is working non stop with no sleep.
Anyway.. hope you hv a good time meeting the rest of the regulars at AhTee's, and hv a lot of fried prawns on my behalf. oooooohhhh.. i miss those fried prawns. They are sooooo yummy. The caterer knows it's my fave. Usually he sets a plateful of it aside for me to eat later when i am free. I just chomp down the whole thing with shells and heads included. OOooooh yummy!

I miss AhTee's funny cheeky face.

If anyone is wondering, i didn't get a cake for him coz i thought maybe that is best left to his fml to handle. Don't know much about traditions/chinese customs, but i was told that only one cake's candles can be blown. So maybe his wife wants to hv cake with him at home or something. Who knows.

Alright. I'll move my session earlier then. I'll bring along my cam, so I'll be snapping. It'll be at his workshop right?

Yupp.. at his workshop. Tks Zin. btw.. i left an offliner to Wingy, informing him about the makan also. Hope he gets it. Hope i didn't miss out anyone. Slowking will be there too. Not sure if Kevin aka Chin aka Transformer will be around or gone south.

Thanks Debbie for organising the good food that we had. Had good fun hanging out with some of the bikers. too bad many din't show up.

Many thanks Debbie for organising the food for Ah Tee's b'day. Man, the Prawns were a shop stopper. Had serviced my bike too when I was there. Was great to meet up with many spitfirebikers, old and new.

Fish ah... those prawns are my fave! Oooooh yum yum. The caterer is so nice to always keep some extra on the side for me when i am busy working. hehehe..

Ron ah.. what to do... i am not around to fully organize it to the max.... or else the turnout would be much much better. Just glad u guys made it tho Smile

Thanks to Ron, I came to know about this bash.

Deb, great food. The briyani and the chili fish were to die for. Spoke to Kevin about Dicky, as instructed. He is ok.... grieving in his own way, I suppose. He misses the KTV sessions.

Ah Ti seemed thrilled about the whole thing. I am sure he is grateful you did this for him.

Yeah!! A KTV session should be good! I still remember that was the 1st time i met u, at the KTV in the Curve, with Kevin.
I'm thrilled that Kevin was around on Sat. I know he was supposed to be busy around that time, but i'm happy he made it.

Hmx... Apadah... U should hv been there. Hv some prawns on my behalf too. lol.. Hope all is well with u.

A belated birthday wish to Ah Tee!

Totally agree with Mark. Nothing to do with sucking up to your mech. He's a friend to some (most?) of SFB, or at least to the "older" members, and yes, he is a part of the old forum. Those who know him knows that he as gone out of his way to help a fellow biker, sometimes without charge for his time (twice for me).

I guess some ppl are not taught manners....
