If AhTee wasn't pulling my leg, his birthday is coming up on the 17th of this mth. I am thinking of doing something for him, of course he doesn't know about it, but i'm tyring to plan it out soonest possible. Might need Khai's help but he might be started on a job before then, so i need to hv a backup plan as to who will help me carry it out.

It will involve food of course. lol. And if all goes well... you guys are all invited to the makan. Won't be elaborate though, since i am not able to ...

What you guys think??? I was looking at a Safety Rain Coat which Reflective in the night. Good so that other motorist would be able to see you if riding in the heavy rain.I spoke to the supplier to have our club logo on the rain coat. The more we order would be cheaper as the cost more to bulk order with logo.Won't be nice to have and be proud to have our logo and a at the same time for our safety went we ride.Lets hear from you guys

Hi,

just an announcement, my initial suggestion of the ijok-behrang route got overruled by majority who attended last nite's TT . new route is a much more exciting one.

Meetup at 11am at the slip road to old gombak-bentong just beside the Gombak toll plaza. we'll head to Karak from there, then thru some small towns to Titi Kong. From TTkong it's either the Klawang route to Jeram Toi waterfalls for some refreshment, or thru Hulu Selangor back to KL. 300+km round trip ...

Spitfirebikers trackday at Pasir Salak

El Dorado's Vespa buddy clued us in on a 1.1km track in Pasir Salak which offers trackdays for a princely sum of RM7!

According to the dude, the track is freshly asphalted and is about 20 minutes from the Tapah exit on PLUS. So, the catch is that we'll have to ride 3 hours on PLUS just to get to the Tapah exit.

So this is what I have in mind:

-We depart Rawang R&R at 7 am,

-stop halfway for quick breakfast,

-get there around 11am and play for 1 to 1 1/2 hours ...

l plan ride to north by end of May 2008 and makan kenduri kahwin on my "sister" wedding. All members are invited for the weeding kenduri. l am also looking for riders to escort for her wedding.The wedding are on 1 June 2008 (Sunday).

Ok... Dragonfly...

Try looking into the Zumo GPS units from Garmin. You need something that can withstand the sun and rain. Also the screen is made to be readable in the sunshine. The built-in bluetooth system allows u to listen to the directions while riding. Also there are brackets to mount onto your bike. If you don't want to spend too much, there are quite a few other brands on the market also. Just need to look for a unit that has maps which are compatible for the system. Look at malsingmaps ...
