This came from the Prez of MAFTS...

Dear Fellow Members,

This is to update and inform you of the events and activities that the Committe has organized within the next 3 months.

1. Charity ride to Sungai Way Old folks home this Sunday 15th June 12pm.
Members who want to ride in the morning are to meet at Shell/ PMXM
by 8.15 am. There will be a ride to Ulu yam, Awana and Genting Starting
at 8.30 am
Will leave Genting by 10.45am for Old Folks home at Sungai Way.
Food will be prepared and participants are to serve the Old folks
lunch and othe goodies . Contributions will be given to me to offset
the food and goodies for the day. Any Extras will be given to the Old
Folks Charity home.

Those who do not want to ride can meet up at the Home by 11.45am.
Directions:
Heading from Motorolla towards KL, make a left U turn into Sungai
Way (opposite Guiness Anchor before the flyover to old Klang Road)
Take the first right turn and follow the road straight up. The Old Folks home is at the end of this road.

2. MAFTS Safety Riding Course.
Take Note that the Riding Course is going to be held At PMXM
premises on the 21st of this Month. Time 1pm to 6pm. Those taking part
please inform me before the event and arrive early. Members can invite
fellow friends.

Those who signed up for this TAKE NOTE!



3. MAFTS Charity ride to Thailand.
We will be organizing a Official ride to Betong on the 18th, 19th
& 20th July. Preferred place of stay is the New Mandarin Hotel.
The official Route will be KL, Simpang Pulai, Gua Musang, Grik,
Penkalan Hulu,Betong. Participants following the official route will be
supported by a back-up mechanic and vehicle. This event is open to all
members and fellow bikers. Those interested please conctact committee
members by the first week of July.


4. MAFTS Family Outing
We will also be organizing a family outing on the 16th, 17th,
& 18th of August. The Destination is Cameron Highlands and it is
during the August school holidays. Family members will go by Bus/ coach
whilst members will ride there.

Please inform the committee members of your intention to participate in this event by end July to make this event a success.

Note : Those of you who receive this e-mail but have yet to renew your subscription for 2008 please do so at Raceline.
